Aparna Iyer is a law graduate from the University of Pune and has more than 10 years of
experience in advising and representing a diverse clientele from India and other international
jurisdictions.

Aparna’s area of expertise is Litigation (Civil, Commercial and Criminal) and Dispute
Resolution. She is proficient in handling matters pertaining to Civil Law, Criminal Law,
Competition Law, Constitutional Law (Writ jurisdiction), and Corporate Laws including
Banking & Finance Laws, and Real Estate matters. She has successfully represented
several clients in high-value international commercial arbitration matters. Aparna also
advises on Competition & Antitrust law matters. Aparna also has expertise in advising start-
ups as well as multinational companies on various regulatory and non-regulatory issues.

She regularly appears and represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High
Court including other High Courts, Trial Courts across Delhi & National Capital Region, and
quasi-judicial Tribunals such as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and Appellate
Tribunal (NCLAT), National Green Tribunal (NGT), Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT),
Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions (CDRCs), Real Estate Regulatory Authority
(RERA), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), and Central Government Industrial Tribunal (CGIT)
and Labour Tribunals, etc.
