PROFILE

Babita Rawat is an Associate with the New Delhi office of the Firm. She is a law graduate from Asian Law College. Her primary focus lies in the dynamic realms of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Commercial Litigation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). She has been advising on IPR protection including infringement prosecution. Babita has also been advising on Information Technology Laws, including the latest Digital Personal Data Protection enactment of India. She has expanded her skills by publishing articles and completing certification courses in Intellectual Property Rights, Data Privacy laws, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Babita also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution at the National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University, Hyderabad.

Babita regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Trial Courts across Delhi & National Capital Region, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and Consumer Disputes Commissions.
