school at GGSIP University. She advises clients on hosts of corporate as well as litigation
matters.
Parul’s primary area of practice includes drafting a variety of commercial contracts including
drafting opinions on corporate legal issues, advising on regulatory matters pertaining to
foreign investment (in-bound and out-bound), advising on general corporate commercial
laws, company laws, information technology laws, labour & employment laws, intellectual
property rights (IPR) matters, particularly trademarks & copyrights including civil & and
white-collar crime matters.
Parul regularly appears and represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High
Court, Trial Courts across Delhi & National Capital Region, the National Company Law
Tribunal (NCLT) and Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions (CDRCs), etc.
